Custom Injection Molding Plastic: Rainbowmold supplies the Custom Injection Molding Plastic together with the matching injection tooling, engineering single- and multi-cavity molds with hot-runner or cold-runner systems, conformal cooling and optimized gating for cycle-time and part-quality targets. Core & cavity steels are selected from P20, 718H, H13, S136 and NAK80 for wear and corrosion resistance; with a typical tool life of 300,000 to 1,000,000 shots. DFM and Moldflow analysis are provided before cutting steel, and CNC, EDM and wire-cut machining with SPI-standard polishing hold cavity accuracy. Dimensional part tolerance can reach +/-0.01mm. Production serves automotive interior & exterior parts, electronics housings and medical consumables, and all work is run under an ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 quality system.
