Injection Molding Custom Plastic Mold: Rainbowmold supplies the Injection Molding Custom Plastic Mold together with the matching injection tooling, engineering single- and multi-cavity molds with hot-runner or cold-runner systems, conformal cooling and optimized gating for cycle-time and part-quality targets. Core & cavity steels are selected from P20, 718H, H13, S136 and NAK80 for wear and corrosion resistance; rated for long-run mass production up to one million cycles. DFM and Moldflow analysis are provided before cutting steel, and CNC, EDM and wire-cut machining with SPI-standard polishing hold cavity accuracy. Dimensional part tolerance can reach +/-0.01mm.
