Stamping Parts: this precision Stamping Parts is produced in-house on 25-300 ton stamping presses with tooling we design and build ourselves. We run progressive, transfer and single-hit dies for high-volume parts, and stamped tolerances held to +/-0.02mm with sheet thicknesses from 0.1 to 6.0mm. Standard materials are mild steel, stainless, aluminum, brass and spring/copper alloys, progressive-die output feeds laser, bending, welding and coating operations for complete assemblies. Electrical-grade contacts, terminals, connectors, brackets, EMI shields and lead-frames are typical outputs. Parts pass ISO 9001 controls with SPC monitoring, serving consumer electronics, automotive and industrial fastener programs.
