We run progressive, transfer and single-hit dies for high-volume parts, and we control critical dimensions to +/-0.02mm across thin-gauge and heavier coil stock. Standard materials are mild steel, stainless, aluminum, brass and spring/copper alloys, progressive-die output feeds laser, bending, welding and coating operations for complete assemblies. Electrical-grade contacts, terminals, connectors, brackets, EMI shields and lead-frames are typical outputs.
